Jackalope is a dust-kissed love letter to my favorite folklore critter. Quicker than quick, like lightning with antlers streaking across a moonlit desert highway. Never caught, never captured. The freedom to run forever, wherever, whenever. Jackalope smells like a field of dried hay dotted with tiny purple & yellow wildflowers and sun-bleached creosote, cactus blossoms hanging in the sultry air, a waft of gasoline on the night breeze, and the last whisper of whiskey lingering on your tongue. Run, rabbit, run.
