Walking through Uji's tea houses, I saw how every step—the weighing, the pouring, the whisking—was a meditation. The ceremony wasn’t just about taste; it was about presence, and we wanted to capture it all within this fragrance. Our matcha tea extrait de parfum is an homage to my interpretation of japanese matcha. I drink matcha on the daily; it's an addiction at this point. Although the traditional method of consumption is as koicha or usucha, i prefer my matcha in latte form. I wanted to make this one more personal, but still respect its origin and importance to Japanese culture.
