Velvet Circuit

Aroma palette is ozonic, darkly floral, and slightly gourmand. Highlights include black lace, vinyl, velvet static, incense, pvc clothing, wrapped records, metal, a touch of leather, powder makeup, hair dye, wild cherry lip gloss, and air conditioning. This scent is built from memory. Not one memory, but the overlap of two kinds of places that shaped the perfumers generation. First, the cool blast of air conditioning from the back of a mall, where band tees hung in rows beside PVC skirts, studded jewelry, and black nail polish. Then, the deeper smell of underground city shops, dim and narrow, where the walls were covered in posters, the floors were worn, and the air carried incense, metal, and the cling of leather from someone who just stepped out.
